WHERE WE OPERATE AND SHIP FROM
EverHuddle is operated from China. Every personalized football is made to order and shipped directly from China to the delivery address provided at checkout.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order is confirmed. Because each item is personalized, this estimate includes production and international transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or an incorrect address may cause delays.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the parcel leaves our facility.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once production or shipment has begun, we may be unable to change or redirect the order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the case with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
